Our fresh small batch bon bons are created in couverture chocolates with creme fraiche and couverture ganches. No artificial flavors or ingredients are employed.

Private estate grown seedless grapes hand-picked for Cadeau des Cieux for their extra-large size and crisp freshness are covered in couverture chocolates and finished with a complementing raspberry and jumbo cashew.

Caramel Chocolat Honeycrisp

Hand picked jumbo one-pound Honeycrisp apples, blanketed in rich caramel and covered in luxury chocolat with a cored hollow of marbled chocolat planting an organic twig.

Hand selected stem cut extra large strawberries covered in luxury chocolates.

Our preferred hand cut extra-large stem strawberries blanketed in chocolat or Grand Marnier truffle ganache, then covered in luxury chocolates.

Giant 3 inch marshmallows covered in caramel and chocolates.

Sea Salt Caramel Chocolat

Artisan made caramels covered in couverture dark or milk chocolat, sprinkled with shaved and smoked Aegean Sea salt flakes.

Butter Toffee Cashew Cluster

Preferred cashews roasted in butter-toffee constructed by hand into 3 inch pyramids. Minimum 6 our mix with assortment of 6.
