La Fusion is a single-origin mélange of select organic cacao commodities harvested exclusively on the Astacio Family’s USDA certified organic cacao farm in the Dominican Republic.  Farm-direct we formulate a delicate balance of fresh preferred cacao in small lot batches daily, for the express purpose of rendering the perfect hot cocoa.  La Fusion is subtle with slight red berry fruit notes as its dark couverture tone emerges when served sipping hot.
